General:
- I am entitled to decline a commission(s) for any reason at any time.
- Prices may be subject to change based on the complexity of the commission.
- Photo(s) or written reference(s) are required.
- If you have a critical deadline for your commission please don’t hesitate to let me know! I will make sure your piece is my top priority!
- Backgrounds are only reserved for "Fully Rendered Painting" and "Fully rendered lineart" commissions. If you do not choose "Fully Rendered Painting" or "Fully rendered lineart" then the option is unavailable to you.
- Complex designs of characters, props, and additional characters will add a 10$ fee to your total!
- Extra props such as weapons, food, instruments, etc. will add a $5-10 fee based on the complexity

What I will draw:
- Fanart
- Original Characters (OCs) (Please provide detailed reference material, whether it be written or images)
- Human/Humanoid characters
- Light gore
- Suggestive themesWhat I won’t draw:
- Complex Backgrounds
- Explicit Gore
- Mecha
- Explicit NSFW

Revisions/Edits:
- You will be allowed to make three revisions in the sketch stage without charge, after the third revision a fee will be added. The cost will vary based on the complexity of the change.
- I will not make revisions or edits to the finished, final version of the commission.

Process/Delivery:
- After receiving payment I will immediately begin your commission.
- If there is no reference material then I will not begin your commission.
- I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission in case you wish to make changes (Revisions are limited).
- Once I have completed your commission I will notify you and you will receive the full-resolution image through email (If there are any complications, please let me know).

Copyright/Usage:
- If you commission me your commission(s) may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in that space.
- If you wish to post or share it, please give proper credit!
- You may upload the commissioned piece to your social media if you wish to.
- I retain all rights over the finished piece, however, I will ask for the commissioner’s consent if I want to share or post it publicly (with a watermark).

Throughout The Commission Process:
- You will receive a draft/basic sketch of the commission. If you confirm that everything looks ok I will move forward with the commission process, I will not continue if there is no confirmation.
- After confirmation of the basic/draft sketch, soon after you receive the final/clean sketch of the commission. If you confirm that everything looks ok I will move forward with the commission process, I will not continue if there is no confirmation.
- Once the commission is completed, I will send you the finished product through email
- You will receive a full-resolution file of the completed commissioned artwork. The final format will be sent as a PNG.

Payment:
- I will only be accepting payment through PayPal (USD Only)
- I will only accept payment in total upfront.
- If I can not complete the commission, you will be refunded 100% of the net amount I receive from Paypal.
